Every Action Counts
Dismantling racism will ultimately require big and small actions from every single one of us. Every decision we make is a chance to take action. How will you take action against racism today?

Setting the Scene: Taking actions against racism requires a strong foundation. Together we must build and maintain accountable spaces of trust, curiosity, humility, and courage where relationships are the center of decision making.
TALKING
Words matter. We have to talk about racism in constructive dialogue.
Putting words to experiences of racism can help us take action.
RECOGNIZING
It’s not whether racism shows up. It’s how. Naming racism in all its forms helps us take action against it.
DISRUPTING
Every action can disrupt. Small actions add up to bigger impact, like pointing out the unintended harm of a friend’s comment, taking responsibility for a hurtful remark you made, speaking up for policy changes in your workplace. Every time we choose to disrupt rather than let things stay the same, we are making progress.

HEALING
Racism historically and currently causes pain and suffering. Collectively and as individuals, we must heal and repair harm as we build a liberated future together.
